Hope you have a lovely day - Flowers in vase - white embossed 148mm square card - Day 158 of my 366 day challenge
Hi Craft addicts!
Well the sun is shining yet again today so I thought these floral images would be appropriate!
I first of all coloured the card slightly using Tim Holtz Distress Inks and Generation INX inks too (in pink, orange and purple) so that it wasn't quite so white! I then separated the topper sheet into the frames and toppers (there are still a few left over after this project).
I glued the larger of the frames vertically on the left hand corner and the smaller of the two horizontally on the bottom right hand side. I then used the longer topper (which includes the sentiment "Hope you have a Special Day") and placed it in the middle of the first frame using foam pads to lift it up and then one of the smaller of them in the other frame again using foam pads which were slightly thinner to give a different dimension to it.
Once I was happy with them, I added a flower shape die cut (from Creative Expressions Delicate Daisies Open petals dies) which I had cut in white cardstock to the top right hand corner. I also added a "Purple Rain" Nuvo crystal drop in the centre and some more in the bottom right hand corner.
I also stuck one of the remaining smaller toppers on the flap of the envelope.
And there you are....one fun card that has been made only using only 1 topper sheet, a white embossed card and a die cut.
